Every fidget is 3D printed to order in our studio. Go with the classic look, or pick Custom Colors and choose your base and keycap colors - the live preview shows your combo as you build it.

Every 3dcraftum item is 3D printed to order, just for you.

Production time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to print, assemble and quality-check your order before it ships. Custom color orders are printed in the exact colors you chose and follow the same production window.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Order changes

Because items are printed to order, we can only change or cancel an order before printing begins — contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved or your package seems lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Returns

We want you to love what we print. Here's how returns work at 3dcraftum.

Standard items — 30 days

Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom color orders — final sale

Items printed in custom colors you selected are made uniquely for you and can't be restocked, so they are final sale — except when something is wrong with them (see below).

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If anything arrives broken, misprinted, or not what you ordered — custom or not — contact us with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. No fine print.
